Due to the large number of requests:
We cannot answer questions about your camera, photographic equipment or photos unless you purchased them from us. If you did buy the item from us we will be glad to share with you what we know about it. Send us a copy of the invoice and we will answer your question if we can. If you send us a question on a camera, photographic print or related item that you did not purchase from us we cannot respond to your question. The exception to this rule is when you are a student enrolled in any of our classes or workshops you are more than welcome to ask such questions.
